Built for practicing CAs · ICAI 13th Edition guidelines applied
ICAI advertising rules are 13 pages.
Your LinkedIn content shouldn't require reading all of them.
BrandSaathi generates content for practising CAs under the ICAI 13th Edition advertising guidelines, and lists the clauses each draft was generated under. You review before you publish. BrandSaathi is live and paid subscriptions are open at Early Access pricing for the first 1,000 subscribers.
No solicitation. No superlatives. You stay in control of what goes out.
First 1,000 paid subscribers get price-capped for 2 years.
The problem is not the rules — it is the cadence
The ICAI 13th Edition opened the door to promotion in April 2026, and a lot of practices walked through it, posted twice, and stopped. Not because they ran out of expertise — because turning what you know into a steady stream of publishable posts is a weekly job, and billable work always wins.
The second problem is quieter. Every post carries a small compliance risk, and checking each one against the Code is tedious enough that most people either over-censor into blandness or stop checking. That is the specific pain BrandSaathi is built for.
What you get today
What is live today for the Professional vertical.
LinkedIn content generation
Drafts written for a professional audience — regulatory updates, explainers, deadline reminders — in the register a CA practice actually uses.
ICAI compliance annotation
Every variation lists the ICAI 13th Edition clauses it was generated under, so the rules behind a draft are visible before you publish. It shows the rules applied — it does not scan your finished post for violations.
Instagram content generation
The same drafting for Instagram, for practices building a presence beyond LinkedIn.
Lead capture widget + inbox
An embeddable inquiry form for your website or LinkedIn featured link. Submissions land in a BrandSaathi inbox with status tracking — no backend work, no third-party form subscription.
Lead attribution by channel
See which content piece or channel brought an inquiry in, so you can tell what is actually working rather than guessing.
Brand voice memory
Your tone and positioning carry across drafts instead of resetting every session.
Post-type variation
News, educational, opinion and case-study angles on the same underlying topic, so a single subject yields a week of material.
Visual content brief output
For LinkedIn news and update posts, a short brief describing a visual to pair with the post where one adds value — for you or your designer to execute.
How it works
Set up your practice profile
Tell BrandSaathi about your firm, your services and the clients you serve. This is what makes drafts sound like your practice rather than a template.
Generate and review
Pick a topic and get multiple variations, each listing the ICAI clauses it was generated under. Read them, edit anything you want, discard what you do not.
Publish and capture
Publish the approved draft yourself, with your lead capture widget in place so inquiries land in your inbox attributed to the content that produced them.
What is not in it yet
- A publishing queue and scheduler — you publish each approved draft yourself
- A statutory content calendar tied to filing deadlines
- AI image generation (you get a written visual brief instead)
- WhatsApp marketing and approval flows
- A mini-website builder and an ROI dashboard
These are planned, and the pricing page sets out which phase each belongs to. We would rather you knew the boundary before subscribing than after.
Questions CAs ask
Is BrandSaathi's content ICAI-compliant?
BrandSaathi generates drafts under the ICAI 13th Edition advertising guidelines and lists the clauses each draft was generated under, so the rules behind it are visible. It does not certify compliance, it does not check your finished post for violations, and it is not a substitute for your judgement — you are the practising professional and you remain responsible for what you publish.
What does the compliance annotation actually show me?
Each variation lists the ICAI clauses it was generated under, with the clause reference, so you can see which rules shaped the draft. Be clear on what this is not: it does not scan your finished post for violations. Compliance is applied when the draft is written, not detected afterwards — violation detection is a later phase. Your own review is still the check that matters.
Can a CA legally advertise in India now?
Broadly, the ICAI's 13th Edition Code of Ethics permits promotion within defined limits, while solicitation of a specific client or engagement remains prohibited. This is general information, not legal or professional advice — confirm the current position against the Code before you publish. We wrote a plain-English guide to the distinction: Can Chartered Accountants advertise in India?
What do I actually get today?
LinkedIn and Instagram content generation, ICAI clause annotation on every variation, an embeddable lead capture widget with an inbox, lead attribution by channel, brand voice memory that carries across drafts, and post-type variation. That is the live Phase 1 feature set.
How long is the trial and do I need a card?
Chartered Accountants get a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required to start it.
What does it cost?
Early Access pricing for the Professional plan is ₹249/month on annual billing, or ₹311/month billed monthly, plus GST. Pricing steps up as features ship, and the first 1,000 subscribers get a 2-year price cap — the pricing page explains the full structure.
Will it sound like me, or like generic AI?
Brand voice memory carries your tone and positioning across drafts, so output converges on how you actually write rather than resetting each time. You still review and edit every draft before it goes out.
Do you publish the posts for me?
Not today. Phase 1 generates content and you publish it yourself. A publishing queue and scheduler are planned but are not part of the live feature set — we would rather tell you that now than have you discover it after subscribing.
